Just wanted to write and say a huge thank you for the fantastic pillar box cake you made for Mark's 50th birthday celebrations, and hope that you can add this to your testimonials.
He was absolutely gob smacked with his cake and it got a huge round of applause when the restaurant owner brought it out with the sparklers going strong. Nobody wanted to cut into it and spoil your handywork!!
However, we succumbed to temptation and it's nearly all been consumed!! Beautiful sponge and filling - you had many, many compliments.
