Just a quick email to thank you so very much for the beautiful cake you made for my daughter, Cadi, on her Christening (25th April 2010).
 Apart from Cadi, the cake was the centre of attention all day!!  It not only looked stunning, but tasted amazing too. I can't begin to thank you enough as I know you had a very busy schedule last weekend and you managed to slot us inbetween.I hope you get some trade from our area too, as many guests asked where I'd had my cake from!!

Just wanted to write and say a huge thank you for the fantastic pillar box cake you made for Mark's 50th birthday celebrations, and hope that you can add this to your testimonials.
He was absolutely gob smacked with his cake and it got a huge round of applause when the restaurant owner brought it out with the sparklers going strong. Nobody wanted to cut into it and spoil your handywork!!
However, we succumbed to temptation and it's nearly all been consumed!! Beautiful sponge and filling - you had many, many compliments.
